At Cashmere+Bourbon, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. In order to maintain the integrity of our business and ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have implemented a strict no refunds, returns, or exchanges policy.

While we understand that circumstances may arise where you may wish to return or exchange a product, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy. Our suggestion would be to gift it to someone who enjoys the scent or donate it to a charity.  If your product arrived damaged or defective, please get in touch so we can send a replacement.

No Refunds

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the scent, or any other personal preference.

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand new, unused candles that have not been previously handled or exposed to any external factors.

No Exchanges

Similarly, we do not offer exchanges. Each candle is carefully crafted and packaged to meet our high standards of quality. We cannot guarantee the same level of quality and freshness for a product that has been returned or exchanged.

We understand that there may be instances where a product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and find a suitable solution.
